For many years, there has been intense debate whether or not switching to a new electric vehicle is a good choice for the environment when factoring in the manufacturing process to make new vehicles, including hard to source materials for batteries. However a recent study from Yale School of the Environment has found that the carbon emissions from EV’s, including factoring in indirect emissions from manufacturing, supply chain and electricity for powering the cars.
