Electric Vehicles Will Need Clean Energy Power Sources to Make Significant Impact on Climate Change
As the automotive industry continues to move toward electric vehicles, there is an increasing demand to power the electric grid with renewable energy. Most recently, there has been a growth in off-shore wind projects. Electric vehicles powered by a clean energy grid will be a huge – and necessary – step forward in the fight to stop global warming.

One must remember that this transition is meant to be gradual. Claims that the electric grid will not be able to handle EV charging needs after achieving widespread adoption have been de-bunked as they don’t take into account the rapid changes in technology and renewable energy generation happening concurrently.
